TerpMatch is not:
- A marketplace
- A dispensary
- A cannabis retailer
- A cannabis broker
- A cannabis delivery service
- A platform for arranging transactions
TerpMatch does not facilitate the purchase, sale, supply or distribution of cannabis products in any form.
2. Your responsibility for local law
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction, including those governing cannabis. TerpMatch does not verify the legality of any product, activity or transaction in your jurisdiction, and nothing on the service should be interpreted as legal advice or as a representation that any product or activity is lawful where you are.
3. User-submitted content
Strain names, menus, reviews, ratings, market tags and source tags may be submitted by users for informational and educational purposes. The presence of any product, menu, strain or review on TerpMatch does not imply endorsement, approval, verification or recommendation by TerpMatch Ltd.
You must not submit content that promotes, arranges or solicits unlawful supply or distribution of cannabis or any other controlled substance.
4. No medical advice
TerpMatch does not provide medical advice. Recommendations are generated from user preference data, flavour profiles, community feedback and product information. They are not, and must not be interpreted as, medical advice, treatment advice or healthcare guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical decision.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TerpMatch to:
- Arrange, advertise or solicit any cannabis transaction
- Represent TerpMatch as a marketplace, retailer, dispensary or delivery service
- Submit content that is unlawful where the recipient is located
- Attempt to extract personal data about other users
6. Changes to these terms
TerpMatch Ltd may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TerpMatch after an update means you accept the updated terms.
